1.1 Hello! I am Ben Harrold Dip PFS and I am a regulated Financial Adviser for Aesir Wealth Ltd – my brand “Harrold FS” is a trading style of Aesir Wealth Ltd (“me”, “Harrold FS, “I” or “my”). This is my website: www.harroldfs.co.uk (this “Website”) which is available free of charge.

6 MY RIGHTS

6.1.1 withdraw your right to use this Website;
6.1.2 ask you to pay the full costs which I have incurred as a result of you breaching these Terms;
6.1.3 take legal action against you; and
6.1.4 disclose any of your information to law enforcement authorities as I consider reasonable.

8 LIABILITY
8.1 Your use of this Website and my Content is at your own risk, you act on your own behalf at all times and are not linked to us in any way.

8.7.1 I exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that may apply to this Website or my Content;

10 GENERAL
10.1 Severability. If a court finds any paragraph of these Terms illegal, the rest of the terms will continue to apply and remain in full force and effect.
10.2 Reliance on these Terms. Any contract made between you and me is covered by these written Terms and any document stated in them and you and I will be legally bound by these. You agree that you have not relied on any statement, promise, representation, assurance or warranty made or given by or on our behalf which is not set out in those documents.
10.3 Transfer. I may transfer my rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation but will ensure the transfer will not affect your rights under the contract.
10.4 Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by English law and we both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
